Dan Smith of Danielson fame and his friends have made a tradition out of releasing Christmas compilations over the last several years, but this year the project took on a more advantageous angle with a re-imagining of the first 18 movements of Handel’s The Messiah.
The result is Sounds Familyre Christmas Vol. 6: Familyre’s Messiah Part 1. It’s available for download for $4 or more. All proceeds from sales of all volumes go to the Red Cross for victims of Typhoon Haiyan.
