The popular online Scrabble-esque game that boasted close to a million users on Facebook when legal issues forced it to shut down in September has returned with a less conspicuous name: Lexulous.
Indian owners Rajat & Jayant Agarwalla informed former Scrabulous users of the game’s return in an e-mail sent early Friday morning.
Users will be able to more or less pick up right where they left off three months ago with the new game — the stats and games in progress weathered the legal storm as well.
The name, apparently, was the only thing that had to go.
