Since finishing House of Cards a week after it was released on Netflix, I’ve been getting my streaming political drama fix watching The West Wing so I recently discovered that Nick Offerman had a bit part in the season 1 episode “Crackpots and These Women.”
Offerman, who is known now for railing against government spending as Ron Swanson on NBC’s Parks and Recreation was doing just the opposite in his 1999 TV appearance. As one of the “crackpots” on the episode, he was lobbying for a $900 million highway for wolves.
