Project Bueller to re-enact parade

Remember the parade scene in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off? Ever dreamed of taking part in a re-enactment with tens of thousands of people breaking out into a Beatles sing-a-long?

Well, you might want to plan to go to New York City on Oct. 31 for Project Bueller’s re-enactment of the popular ’80s movie’s parade scene in the Village Halloween Parade.

Here are the basics from the Project Bueller Web site:

We want the streets to erupt in joy and for it to be one of the greatest experiences of everyone’s lives.

We will need thousands of secret audience agents to get the ball rolling by imitating the extras in the scene and inspiring your neighbors in the audience to do the same.

We believe first and foremost in the power of joy and hope to celebrate this principle with you everyday for the rest of our collective lives.Email projectbueller(at)gmail.com if you’d like to join us.
